   - If cancellations are made more than 2 weeks before the scheduled trip, a cancellation fee of 50% of the advance amount will be charged.

2. **Cancellation made before 1 week of the trip:**
   - For cancellations made between 2 weeks and 1 week before the trip, a cancellation fee of 75% of the advance amount will be charged.

3. **Cancellation made within the week of the trip:**
   - Cancellations made within the week leading up to the scheduled trip will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the advance amount.
